The V3SAMS shall provide a platform to facilitate all the inventories information from the warehouse, various retail outlets and authorized premises to be uploaded to the centralized data repository hub at the pre-defined interval by user.

Supported by AIDC middleware and various RFID equipment, V3SAMS shall assist user to capture automatically all the inventories receipt and issuance transaction data happened in the warehouse and retail outlets and directly transmit back to the centralized data repository hub for processing and data consolidation.

Asset Tracking and Management Software Module
This software module shall facilitate user in monitoring, reporting and management of all the inventories transacted in the warehouse and retail outlets.

The Asset Tracking and Management Software Application shall interface with the Automatic Identification & Data Capturing Middleware and RFID devices installed at the warehouse and each of the retail outlets to capture information and maintain all the workflow processes of all the inventories in storage, tracks the inventories movement at the various stages of the receipt, issuance, write-off, physical stocks and storage locations consolidation etc.

The system which primarily designed to support the day-to-day inventory transactions tracking, monitoring and updating, shall encompasses Inventory Management Module; Location Management Module; Party Information Management Module; Inventory Receipt Management Module; Inventory Issuance Management; Inventory Cycle Count Work Process Module; and Collaborative Inventory Reporting Module.

Automatic Identification & Data Collection (AIDC) Middleware
The AIDC Middleware shall facilitate seamless data synchronization between the RFID Reader and the Inventory Tracking & Management Software Application database for retrieval and updating of inventories movement information for reporting and management purposes.

By interfacing with the RFID readers, the inventories movements are being tracked constantly thereby providing real-time information about the status of the inventories.

The middleware with proper configuration shall performs key functions which include Receiving and Putaway; Releasing from warehouse or retail outlets; Accepting inventories to warehouse and retail outlets; Inventory Location Consolidation; Cycle counting and stock taking.

Assets Location Monitoring & Tracking Module
The Assets Location Monitoring & Tracking Application shall utilize the use of Radio Frequency Identification Determination (RFID) devices and technology for indoor monitoring to assist user to ensure that all assets are properly track and any unauthorized removal from the premises shall instantly alert to the enforcement personnel.

The entire module shall encompass the following key features :
	Floor layers monitoring by capturing position reference points from the RFID tags and Readers mounted on the designated floor of user premises.
	Data acquisition from RFID Readers devices at event based configurable intervals or on user demand
	Instant assets’ positions and movements validation against geo-bounded rules such as : - Stay-within zones - Out-of-bound zones - Other parameters for the purpose of zone violation control
	Message display of violation alerts for situational response from the tracking application.
	User friendly menu for enforcement personnel to deactivate RFID tags for authorized assets retrieval from user premises.

The module which can be integrated with the Asset Tracking & Management software, shall allow user to input all the profile of the assets and allocated the RFID tags ID to individual asset to facilitate monitoring. User could define through the proposed application make the geo-boundary for the stay-within zones and out-of-bound zones as monitoring parameters which interact with positioning data collected through the RFID Reader mounted at strategic location of user premises.

The assets movement shall be constantly tracked base on the interval set by user. The data shall be processed and published via a web interface, creating information assisted reports which details multiple assets live tracked position within a defined compound. The system shall constantly check and immediately alert for any unauthorized removal of tagged assets from the premises.
